How to Set Up Your QR Memory Page
How to Set Up Your QR Memory Page
Your EdenLily QR jewellery connects a physical keepsake to a digital page that you can manage and update.
Setting it up is simple and only takes a few steps.
Step 1 — Scan Your QR Code
Open the camera on your smartphone and point it at the QR code engraved on your jewellery.
A link should appear on your screen.
Tap the link to open your EdenLily QR page.
Step 2 — Create an Account or Log In
If this is the first time the QR code has been claimed, you'll be asked to create a free EdenLily account or log in to an existing account.
Once you have logged in, you can claim the QR page and connect it to your account.
This allows you to manage the page whenever you need to make changes.
Step 3 — Choose Your Page Type
You can currently choose from four different page types.
Memory Page
A Memory Page allows you to create events and add photographs and captions.
You could use it for:
Birthdays
Weddings
Family memories
Holidays
Anniversaries
Memorials
Special occasions
A standard Memory Page currently includes space for up to 40 photographs.
Additional storage options are available if you need more space.
Biography
A Biography page gives you space to tell someone's story.
It can be used for:
A personal biography
A family history
A memorial tribute
A life story
A written keepsake
Medical Details
The Medical Details page can be used to store important information that you choose to make accessible through the QR code.
This may include:
Allergies
Medical conditions
Blood type
Emergency contact details
Other important information
Always review your privacy settings carefully when adding personal or medical information.
Forwarding Link
A Forwarding Link sends anyone scanning the QR code directly to another web address.
This could be:
A wedding website
A charity page
A social profile
An online gallery
A memorial page
Another website of your choice
Step 4 — Add Your Content
Once you've chosen your page type, you can start adding your information.
For a Memory Page, create events and upload your photographs.
For a Biography, add the story or information you want to include.
For Medical Details, add the information you want to make available.
For a Forwarding Link, enter the website address you want the QR code to open.
Step 5 — Choose Your Privacy Settings
You can choose the privacy level that best suits your page.
Available options may include:
Public access
PIN-protected access
Owner-only access
Think carefully about the type of information you are adding and choose the privacy setting that is appropriate for your page.
This is especially important if you are adding personal or medical information.
Step 6 — Add Photos to Your Memory Page
If you're using a Memory Page, you can upload photographs and organise them into events.
This makes it easy to keep different memories together.
For example, you could create separate events for:
Birthdays
Christmas
Family holidays
Weddings
New babies
Graduations
Anniversaries
Everyday memories
A standard Memory Page currently includes space for up to 40 photographs.
Step 7 — Allow Friends and Family to Add Photos
If you want other people to contribute to your Memory Page, you can enable visitor photo uploads.
Once enabled, people who scan your QR code can add their own photographs.
This can be especially useful for weddings, birthdays, family occasions and memorial pages where different people may have photographs you would like to collect together.
Visitor-uploaded photographs count towards the available storage on your page.
You remain responsible for managing the content connected to your account.
Step 8 — Update Your Page Whenever You Like
You can log into your EdenLily account whenever you want to make changes.
Depending on your page type, you can:
Add new photographs
Edit existing information
Create new events
Update your biography
Change medical details
Update a forwarding link
Change your privacy settings
Manage your storage
You can also change the type of page connected to your QR code if your needs change.
How Long Is My QR Page Stored?
Your initial QR page storage period is 24 months from the date the page is first claimed.
Before the storage period ends, renewal reminders are sent to the email address registered to your account.
The page can then be renewed for additional 12-month periods.
For full details, please read the EdenLily QR & Memory Page Storage Policy.
What If My QR Code Will Not Scan?
If your phone is having difficulty scanning the QR code:
Gently clean the QR area with a soft cloth
Make sure the jewellery is in good lighting
Hold your phone steady
Allow the camera a moment to focus
Try moving the phone slightly closer or further away
