How to Set Up Your Eden Lily QR Memory Page
Your Eden Lily QR jewellery is more than just a personalised keepsake. It's a special way to connect something you wear with treasured photographs, memories, stories or important information.
Each piece features a unique laser-engraved QR code that connects to your own digital page, which you can manage and update through your Eden Lily account.
Whether you're preserving precious memories of a loved one, celebrating special moments or sharing a meaningful story, getting started is simple.
Here's how it works.
Step 1 — Scan Your QR Code
Once you receive your Eden Lily QR jewellery:
Open the camera on your smartphone.
Point it towards the QR code engraved on your jewellery.
Wait for a link to appear on your screen.
Tap the link to open your Eden Lily QR page.
Make sure you're in good lighting and hold your phone steady to help the camera recognise the code.
Step 2 — Create an Account or Log In
If your QR code hasn't been claimed before, you'll be asked to create a free Eden Lily account or log in to an existing account.
Once logged in, you can claim the QR page and connect it to your account.
This allows you to manage your information, update your memories and make changes whenever you need to.
Step 3 — Choose Your QR Page Type
Your Eden Lily QR code can connect to one of four different page types.
Memory Page
A Memory Page is a personal space for keeping treasured photographs and special moments together.
You can create events, upload photographs and add captions to help tell the stories behind your memories.
You might use your Memory Page for:
Family photographs and holidays
Birthdays and anniversaries
Weddings and celebrations
Memories of a loved one
Pet memorials
Special moments you never want to forget
A standard Memory Page includes space for up to 40 photographs, with additional storage options available if needed.
Biography Page
A Biography page allows you to tell someone's story in their own special space.
It could be used for:
A personal life story

A memorial tribute
Remembering a loved one
A meaningful written keepsake
It's a thoughtful way to preserve the words and stories that matter most.
Medical Details Page
The Medical Details page allows you to store important information that you choose to make accessible through your QR code.
This may include:
Allergies
Medical conditions
Blood type
Emergency contact information
Other relevant medical details
Important: Always consider your privacy settings carefully when adding personal or medical information.
The Medical Details page is intended to provide supplementary information and should not replace recognised medical identification or emergency services.
Forwarding Link
A Forwarding Link allows your QR code to open another website or online destination.
For example:
A wedding website
A charity page
A social media profile
An online photo gallery
A memorial website
Another webpage of your choice
Simply enter the website address you would like your QR code to open.
Step 4 — Add Your Information
Once you've chosen your page type, you can begin creating your content.
Depending on the page you've selected, you can:
Memory Page: Create events, upload photographs and add captions.
Biography: Add your chosen story or written information.
Medical Details: Enter the information you wish to make available.
Forwarding Link: Add the website address you want your QR code to open.
You can manage your content through your Eden Lily account.
Step 5 — Choose Your Privacy Settings

Depending on your page type, available privacy settings may include:
Public access — Your page can be viewed by people who scan the QR code.
PIN-protected access — Visitors need the correct PIN to view the page.
Owner-only access — Access is restricted to the page owner.
Choose the privacy option that best suits the information you are sharing.
We particularly recommend reviewing your settings carefully if your page contains personal details or medical information.
Step 6 — Organise Your Memory Page
If you've chosen a Memory Page, you can organise your photographs into different events.
For example, you might create separate collections for:
Birthdays
Christmas celebrations
Family holidays
Weddings
New babies
Graduations
Anniversaries
Everyday memories
You can add photographs and captions to help tell the story behind each occasion.
Your standard Memory Page includes storage for up to 40 photographs.
If you need more space, additional storage options are available through your Eden Lily account.
Step 7 — Invite Friends and Family to Contribute
One of the lovely features of a Memory Page is the ability to bring photographs together from different people.
If you choose to enable visitor photo uploads, people who scan your QR code can contribute their own photographs.
This can be especially meaningful for:

Can I Change My QR Page Type?
Yes! You can switch between all four QR page types whenever you wish.
Simply log into your Eden Lily account and select the page type you'd like to use.
You can switch between:
Memory Page
Biography
Medical Details
Forwarding Link
Your engraved QR code stays exactly the same, so there's no need to purchase new jewellery when changing your page type.
This means your QR jewellery can continue to have a special purpose, even if your needs change over time.
How Long Is My QR Page Stored?
Your standard Eden Lily QR page has no fixed expiry date and no renewal fees.
There is no annual subscription required to keep your standard QR page active.
Your page will remain available for as long as your Eden Lily account remains active and we continue to operate the service.
We won't remove your page simply because a certain amount of time has passed.
You can also manage or delete your photographs, page content or account whenever you wish.

What If My QR Code Won't Scan?
If your smartphone is having trouble recognising your engraved QR code, try the following:
Gently clean the QR area using a soft cloth.
Make sure you're scanning in good lighting.
Hold your phone steady and allow the camera to focus.
Try moving your phone slightly closer or further away.
Check that your smartphone camera supports QR code scanning.
