Shipping Information
How It Works
Every EdenLily piece is made to order, so there are two stages to your delivery:
- Production — we engrave and hand-finish your piece. This takes 3–5 working days, or 24 hours if you add the rush option at checkout.
- Delivery — once your piece is finished we dispatch it. The delivery windows below are counted from dispatch, not from the day you ordered.
UK Delivery Options

You choose your delivery speed at checkout. Next Day delivery is never free, even on orders over £30 — it speeds up the post, not the making. If you need your piece quickly, pair Next Day delivery with the 24-hour rush production option.
International Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK and the EU only. EU orders are sent by our standard tracked international service and include the €3 per-parcel EU handling charge applied to all parcels entering the EU. Next Day delivery is a UK-only option.
Tracking
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
- EU orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are your responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information on potential charges.
