1. About Us

EdenLily (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based business selling custom laser-engraved jewellery and associated digital services, including QR-linked memory pages, through the website edenlily.co.uk (“the Site”). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to place an order on the Site. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement. Orders containing QR pages may be claimed and set up by anyone aged 16 or over, including recipients of gifted jewellery.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email following successful payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment is processed securely via our payment providers (Stripe / Revolut). We do not store your card details.
• If a pricing error occurs on the Site, we are not obliged to honour that price and will contact you to offer the correct price or a cancellation.

5. Personalisation & Custom Engraving

• Personalised items (engraved text, custom designs) are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or materially different from your order.
• You are responsible for ensuring engraving text is accurate before placing your order. We will engrave exactly what you submit.
• We reserve the right to refuse engraving requests that contain offensive, unlawful or trademarked content.
• Engraving is limited to the character limits shown on the product page. Excess characters will be truncated or you will be contacted.

6. QR Code Add-On

• The QR code is permanently laser-engraved into the jewellery and cannot be removed or altered once manufactured.
• The QR code links to a digital page hosted by EdenLily. The availability and features of this digital service are subject to our QR & Memory Page Storage Policy (see /legal/qr-storage).
• EdenLily does not guarantee that the QR code will function with every QR scanner application. Standard camera apps on modern smartphones are supported.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Items are made to order. Estimated dispatch is within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.
• Delivery timescales quoted are estimates only and do not form part of the contract.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. EdenLily is not liable for loss or damage caused during transit by a third-party carrier.
• For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

8. Returns & Cancellations

• Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel orders for non-personalised goods. This right does not apply to items that have been personalised or custom-made.
• If a product arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
• To initiate a return, email hello@edenlily.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, text, logos, brand assets and designs — is the intellectual property of EdenLily and must not be reproduced without prior written consent. Content you upload to your QR memory page remains your property; you grant EdenLily a non-exclusive licence to host and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. User-Generated Content on QR Pages

• You are solely responsible for any content (photos, captions, text) you upload to your QR memory page.
• You must not upload content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, obscene, unlawful or in breach of any third party’s rights.
• EdenLily reserves the right to remove content that breaches these terms without notice.
• Where you have enabled visitor photo uploads, you accept responsibility for moderating that content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdenLily’s total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
