QR code jewellery is jewellery with a scannable QR code engraved onto it.
When the code is scanned using a compatible smartphone camera, it opens a digital page linked specifically to that piece.
The jewellery can still be personalised in the traditional way with names, dates, initials or messages, while the QR code provides access to information that simply would not fit onto the pendant itself.

How Does EdenLily QR Jewellery Work?
The process is simple.
Step 1 — Choose QR-Compatible Jewellery
Look for the QR option when browsing eligible EdenLily jewellery.
Your unique QR code is laser engraved directly onto the piece.
Step 2 — Scan the QR Code
When the jewellery arrives, scan the QR code using a compatible smartphone camera.
A link will appear on the screen.
Tap the link to begin setting up the page.
Step 3 — Claim Your Page
The first person to scan and claim the QR code can create a free EdenLily account or log into an existing account.
The QR page is then connected to that account.
This makes QR jewellery ideal for gifts, because the recipient can claim and personalise their own page.
Step 4 — Choose Your Page Type
Once the page has been claimed, choose what you want the QR code to open.
You can currently choose:
Memory Page
Biography
Medical Details
Forwarding Link
You can change the page type later through your EdenLily account if your needs change.
What Is a QR Memory Page?
A Memory Page allows you to create events and upload photographs connected to important moments.
You could create events for:
Birthdays
Weddings
Anniversaries
Family holidays
Christmas
New babies
Graduations
Family milestones
Memorials
Everyday memories
Each event can contain photographs and captions, helping you keep different memories organised in one place.

Can I Add More Than 40 Photos?
Yes.
If you need more than the standard 40-photo allowance, additional storage can be purchased through your EdenLily account.
This means you can start with the included allowance and increase your storage later if your collection grows. citeturn653935view0
Can Friends and Family Add Photos?
Yes, if you choose to enable visitor photo uploads.
This allows other people who scan your QR jewellery to contribute photographs to your Memory Page.
This can work particularly well for:

What Is a Biography Page?
A Biography page gives you space to tell someone's story in words.

What Is the Medical Details Page?
The Medical Details page allows you to store important information that you choose to make accessible through your QR jewellery.
This may include:
Allergies

Blood type
Emergency contact details
Other important information

What Is a Forwarding Link?
A Forwarding Link sends anyone scanning the QR code directly to another web address.
This could be:
A wedding website
An online gallery
A social profile
A charity page
A memorial website
A business page
Another website of your choice
The destination can be updated later through your EdenLily account.
Can I Change My QR Page?
Yes.
Your QR jewellery does not have to remain connected to the same type of page forever.
You can manage your page through your EdenLily account and change the page type as your needs change. citeturn185464search1
For example, you could initially use a Forwarding Link and later change the jewellery to a Memory Page.
The physical QR code remains the same.
Is QR Jewellery Private?
You control how your QR page can be viewed.
Current privacy options include:
Public
PIN Protected
Owner Only
This gives you flexibility depending on what type of information your page contains.
For example, a family Memory Page may have different privacy needs from a Medical Details page.
How Long Is an EdenLily QR Page Stored?
The initial storage period for an EdenLily QR page is 24 months from the date the page is first claimed. citeturn653935view0
Before the storage period expires, reminder emails are sent to the registered account email address.
QR pages can then be renewed in additional 12-month periods. citeturn653935view0
There is also a 30-day grace period after expiry before stored content is permanently deleted if the page is not renewed. citeturn653935view0

What Happens If I Lose the Jewellery?
Your photographs and page information are stored online through your EdenLily account rather than physically inside the necklace.
The QR code acts as the link to that information.
If the jewellery itself is lost or damaged, the digital content is not automatically lost with it.
Contact EdenLily if you need help with an existing QR page or replacement jewellery.
QR Jewellery for Memorials
One of the most meaningful uses for QR jewellery is remembrance.
A necklace might be engraved with a loved one's name or an important date, while the QR code connects to photographs or a written tribute.
A Memory Page can bring photographs together in one place.
A Biography page can provide more space to tell their story.
