Production Time

Every EdenLily piece is custom laser-engraved to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) production times may be slightly longer — we will always keep you informed.

Rush Orders

In a hurry? Add the Rush Order option at checkout — where available on the product page — and we will prioritise your piece and dispatch it within 24 hours of payment being received, skipping the standard 3–5 day production queue. Delivery timings after dispatch are the same as the UK and international rates below.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. The recipient is responsible for paying any such charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your parcel
  • The estimated delivery date

You can also check your order status at any time by logging into My Account and viewing the Orders tab.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If you enter an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

Missed Delivery

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions to collect from your local sorting office or arrange re-delivery. For international orders, your local postal service will follow their standard missed-delivery process.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest status
  2. Allow an extra 2–3 working days for potential delays
  3. Contact us if the parcel still has not arrived — we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue
